1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dragonschedule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dragonschedule provides an adventure creation service for tabletop role-playing games. The Service creates complete, ready-to-run adventure content based on your preferences, saving DMs hours of prep time.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile or Stripe customer portal.

4.3 Founder Pass — 4-Year Access

📋 Founder Pass Definition:

The Founder Pass provides access to the Service for a period of four (4) years (48 months) from the date of purchase, OR for as long as the Service remains commercially available in a reasonably comparable form, whichever comes first.

  • Founder Pass provides 4 years of access, not perpetual access
  • If the Service is discontinued before the 4-year period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative solutions such as downloadable tools, local generation options, or partial refunds proportional to unused time
  • We reserve the right to modify features or creation capabilities while maintaining reasonably equivalent functionality
  • Token refresh benefits (4 tokens/month) continue for the membership duration

4.4 Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate processing costs:

  • Single adventure purchases are non-refundable once creation begins
  • Monthly subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be considered within 7 days if no tokens were used
  • Founder Pass: Partial refunds may be considered within 14 days if fewer than 2 tokens were used
  • Failed adventures due to technical issues on our end will be credited back as tokens

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the adventures generated for you. You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., running games, publishing adventures), subject to applicable third-party licenses (D&D content uses OGL/SRD).

5.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, tools, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Share your account with others or resell access
  • Use automated tools to mass-generate content
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure

7. Content Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality adventures:

  • Content may occasionally require minor adjustments for your specific campaign
  • Adventures may require editing for your specific use case
  • We do not guarantee that content is unique or free from similarity to existing works
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before use

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INCLUDING AI PROVIDERS AND PAYMENT PROCESSORS

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragonschedule, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
